Opportunity to become a chef at Hurst on Hill

Hurst on Hill in Church Hill, Milford on Sea are looking for a full time cook/chef.

The role will involve cooking the normal menu plus specials, and also holds the opportunity to progress on to doing the fine dining pop ups with chef/patron Jesse. Jesse is classically trained having learnt his skills at excellent restaurants which include Verveine and the two Michelin star L'Enclume in Cumbria.

The hours of work are daytime in the summer with some occasional evenings in the winter for the pop-up diner nights. There are two weekends off a month. 

This is an ideal position for a young chef and Jesse would love someone who wants to learn and take on the wealth of knowledge and experience that he has gained. In winter the restaurant uses a lot of local game, foraged products and preserved items, which is very exciting for a new chef to learn.

The Hurst on Hill team is like one big family and this a chance to become a valued team member with input into what happens whilst learning exciting skills.
