Christmas Eve with Retro Grooves at The Wash House

Start your Christmas Festivities with Retro Grooves at The Wash House on Christmas Eve, Tuesday 24th December 2024 from 6pm to 10pm. (This replaces their regular slot of the Last Sunday of the Month - Sunday 29th December 2024.)

Come along to a festive evening of Christmas tunes, along with the most popular retro classics, anthems, and party music, as John plays tracks from the best bands of the 1960s to late 1980s.

You can even bring your own favourite vinyl single to play on the night, and of course requests are accepted.

The evening will contain a mix of rock, pop, soul, Motown, disco, funk, ska, reggae and R&B tracks from the 1960s to 80's. All ensure a good time and bring back great memories.

At the same time, enjoy a drink as you step back in time with classic retro sounds from your past.

Free entry, but booking is strongly advised, as these are very popular events.

Culture & Entertainment for Christmas and 2025 at The Bridge

Have you been to The Bridge recently? If not, you might not be aware of the wide range of culture and entertainment available for everyone right in the heart of the village. 

Did you know that The Bridge regularly provides Event Cinema from The Royal Opera and The Royal Ballet, Live Screenings, Theatre, and Classic Films?

Another Bake Sale for the Scouts on Saturday

After a successful Bake Sale at the beginning of November, another will be taking place as a fundraiser for our local scouts this Saturday 14th December 2024 from 9.30am to 12.30pm on Milford on Sea Village Green.

Our local Sea Scout, Beaver and Cubs Group are in need of funds to keep going, so anything you can buy will help out. 

Also, if you would like to make a donation, anything would be gratefully received.
