Hurst on Hill in Church Hill, Milford on Sea are looking for a full time cook/chef.

The hours of work are daytime in the summer with some occasional evenings in the winter for the pop-up diner nights. There are two weekends off a month.
This is an ideal position for a young chef and Jesse would love someone who
wants to learn and take on the wealth of knowledge and experience that he has gained. In winter the restaurant uses a lot of local game, foraged products and preserved items, which is very exciting for a new chef to learn.
The Hurst on Hill team is like one big family and this a chance to become a valued team member with input into what happens whilst learning exciting skills.
