Hurst on the Hill makeover & new menu

Hurst on the Hill in Church Hill, Milford on Sea has had a makeover & launched a new menu.

The cafe has added an additional bench seating area and the bar also has new seating where you can watch all of the cooking. If you fancy watching the world go by, there is also a new outside seating.

The ingredients have also been revised to include produce from some great local suppliers. The tea is also being changed over to tea from 'Dorset Tea' to support another small local business.

On top of all of that, Hurst on the Hill have switched to 100% compostable take away cups and lids, wooden spoons & forks and recycled napkins in an effort to reduce their single plastic use as much as they possibly can.

Bring your own cup!

To encourage the customers to bring their own cup a 25p discount is offered off of all hot drinks.

It is astonishing to hear that 16 billion take away cups are used every year, and there are only 7 billion people in the world!
