The team at Verveine were delighted to hear that they had achieved an entry in the Tatler Restaurant Guide 2015. The guide features the best 300 restaurants in UK, so it is a significant accolade.
David Wykes, is the Chef/Patron of the award winning & Michelin recommended Verveine Fishmarket Restaurant in Milford on Sea. In both 2012 & 2011 David was recognised as 'Hampshire Chef of the Year', and it is believed by many that Verveine is fast on its way to being awarded a first Michelin Star.
The new recognition will come a little surprise to anyone who had dined at Verveine, as Dave's dishes are a amazing fusion of taste, flavour, creativity and art.
