An application for development of land at Merlin, Lymington Road, Milford on Sea, SO41 0QR is currently underway. (Approximately located behind the Dental Practice.)

This site is a very difficult site for access and exit because of the very narrow width between the dentist and the trees, and the endless flow of patients in and out of the dentist, parking issues have been a huge problem, even WITH parking restriction. Clear vision as exiting is restricted, and dangerous due to the speed of on coming vehicles and the curve of the road.What with lorries, extra residential cars and then the patient at Oasis/Bupa, this will be gridlock and an accident waiting to happen. Does the planning office etc REALLY fully take this in??
