The next Wellbeing Wednesday will take place on Wednesday 27th November 2024 from lpm to 2pm in The Bridge, Sea Road, Milford On Sea.
Topics covered will include Common emotional difficulties, physical symptoms and signs to look out for, How to help, and Resources.
The event is free, and open to everyone in the community.

About Wellbeing Wednesdays
Wellbeing Wednesdays have the aim to improve your physical & mental health. Every session is free and everyone of any age is invited.
Each month a different topic is covered in the one hour free session. The sessions are hosted by GPs or social prescribers & staff of the New Forest Primary Care Network, all from our village doctors surgery at the Milford Medical Centre.
