About Mister Pink's

Ella and Dave purchased the long-standing and much-valued village fish & chip shop in December 2024.

Previously, Ella had been Assistant Manager, and Dave the long-term Chef at The Smugglers Inn just across the road.

On taking over, the couple introduced an extended menu, specials, a kids' menu, the opening times were also increased, and a brand new logo was launched for the business.

Mister Pink's fish & chip shop was founded over 50 years ago by Malcolm 'Mac' Pink.

Following Mac's retirement, his son, Steve Pink, took control of running Mister Pink's until December 2024.

The popular takeaway was originally located in the high street towards Keyhaven before moving to its current location on Church Hill, Milford on Sea many years ago.

Mac Pink lived in retirement until the grand age of 93, before passing peacefully in January 2024.

Steve Pink had been at the heart of Mister Pinks for over 40 years before, in December 2024, taking well-earned retirement.

The advert will be shown on the Shop On TV shopping channel, which airs on ITV after Midnight each night and also on its own channel, Channel 89, each night from Midnight until 6pm.

Mark said: "From the floor manager to the producer (and the presenters) everyone was so nice and couldn’t have been more helpful to a newbie about to present on TV for the very first time. A 28 minute live record went like a flash and the advert is due to aired this weekend so we shall see how it all goes!"

Mark is offering readers of Milford on Sea News a 25% Special Discount any of the Eco-Flow Tap Adapters at www.eco-flow.co.uk. Use the code ‘milfordblog25’ at the checkout.

Mark explains that The Eco-Flow Tap Adapter is an extremely useful piece of kit that screws onto the end of your existing tap and gives you functions and flexibility you never had before.

The Key Features of the Eco-flow Tap Adapter are:

In 2024, two of Mark's products gained recognition in the New Product Awards at the Glee, a trade gardening exhibition in Birmingham.

The first was the 'Eco-Flow' Water Saving Tap Adaptor, the second was the Siroflex Home and Garden Kit.

The judges were impressed with the 'Eco-flow' Water Saving Tap Adaptor, not just for its environmental benefits but also that you could use the adaptor to connect your outside garden hose, even if you didn't have an outside tap.

The kit also includes a soft aerated sprayer for washing down pets. The versatility of the product, and the water saving aspect, were commended highly.

The products originate from Italy, and Siroflex are also a family business. They were founded in 1963 and invented the first plastic hose connector.

Mark provides the products on his website and through Amazon.

He is also looking for Agents to take the range to as many garden centres as possible. If you are interested, please contact Mark.
