Over the past weekend various acts of Remembrance took place on the village Green, Keyhaven War Memorial and All Saints' Church, and it was particularly nice to see the children from Milford on Sea Primary School involved.
Prior to the events, the school pupils were busy creating a Remembrance Wreath full of poppies. Each poppy was hand-drawn and collated into the wreath which featured in the Church Remembrance Service.
It is nice to see our local school teachers ensuring that our young generation are still fully engaged in understanding the sacrifices of the past, to give them the lives they have today.
