Potential Public Pétanque Pitch for Milford on Sea Seafront

An idea for a potential public pétanque pitch on Milford on Sea Seafront is currently being considered by the Parish Council.

The pétanque pitch would be for anyone to use and would cost in the region of £4,000.

The idea was introduced by local resident, Jonathan Ruddle who is the chair of New Milton Pétanque Club, which has several members from Milford on Sea. 

The suggested location for a 14m by 6m pitch would be on the grass area between the Needles Eye Café and the Hurst Road Car Park close by. Other locations are also being considered.

No decision has been made as yet.
