As The Lazy Lion stands closed and forlorn, and many wait to see how the pub will hopefully be reincarnated, we have now published Edition 3 of The History of The Red Lion in Milford on Sea.
The story starts from 1787 and along the way many characters have been behind and in front of the bar.
The latest research has added even more to the history already discovered, and thanks to help from descendants of the Mansfield family were have been able to complete some additional decades.
Following the unexpected closure of The Lazy Lion on the 23rd September 2024, the pub is now being advertised by Savills with a Freehold Guide Price was £875,000 or Lease Rent £60,000 pa.
