Many of us may pass the Milford Tennis & Squash Club in Lucerne Road, Milford on Sea, others may be members, but do you know the club's history?
The club actually started as Milford Country Club in 1927, once playing croquet and hockey as well as tennis. The club survived a devastating clubhouse fire in 2009 and today has over 650 members.

About Milford Tennis & Squash Club
Today the family friendly club, provides tennis, squash, racketball, and table tennis that can be played competitively in different leagues and tournaments, or just socially with friends or family. There is also a variety of other activities such as bridge, mah-jong, and social events.
The club has seven high quality floodlit artificial grass tennis courts which are much admired by visiting players, two heated squash/racketball courts with viewing gallery, The clubhouse has a lounge bar and a large function room capable of hosting events for up to 60 people. There are also disabled facilities and more.
New members are always warmly welcomed at Milford Tennis & Squash Club, simply pop down to take a look and have a chat!
