Owner, butcher and former chef, Alex is constantly launching new dishes for you to enjoy at home, and they are all made by him in his village butchers shop.

Not only are they very tasty, they are also excellent value for money - as well as being healthy and freshly made.

The most recent addition is Italian Meatballs, a favourite classic meal.

Last month he added Chicken Kyivs with smoked paprika, chorizo and a gooey cream cheese filling to compliment the chorizo bite.
