Many residents of Milford on Sea have continued to make generous donations to New Forest for Ukraine since the beginning of the crisis, their aim is to support hundreds of people deeply affected in the region.
The New Forest for Ukraine organiser, and Milford on Sea resident, John Allison is now looking for donations for Christmas.
Any of the items below would be gratefully received:
- New small soft toys
- Colouring books and pencils
- New children socks & pants (lyr-16yrs)
- Sweets, treats and energy bars
- New small children's backpacks
- Teenage makeup
- Sanitary goods
- Toiletries for men, women & teenagers
- Adult thermal socks, hats & gloves
- New adult underwear
All donations need to be received during October in order to prepare the Christmas Socks, and then to get them to Ukraine in time for Christmas.
The nearest drop-off points for your donations are:
- Everton Post Office: Daily 8am to 6pm.
- The New Milton Memorial Centre: Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm.
- The Lymington Sorting Hub, 330 Ampress Lane, Lymington.
