• Wildflower and seed ball making workshops with the Bumblebee Conservation Trust.

• Bug hunting sessions with the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.

• A petting area with a Friesian therapy horse.

• Bird spotting talk and walk with a local bird specialist.

• A fun and educational wildlife activity trail to discover along the route with a Bug House to take home, if the full walk is completed, made by the Men’s Shed.

Entries cost just £5 per person, which includes one accompanying adult for a child entering, and £2 per extra adults. Payment taken at the entry gate.

Refreshments will be provided on the day.

Entry for the event will be via the Downton Manor Farm Quarry entrance, Milford on Sea, Lymington SO41 0LA

All the funds raised from entry fees will be donated to Oakhaven Hospice, a local charity that provides essential palliative and end-of-life care to those in need.

The quarry is owned by New Milton Sand and Ballast (NMSB) and to date, NMSB have raised over £21,000 for the local charity through a series of fundraising events since 2016.
