Saltwater, a premium breakfast & brunch restaurant is run and operated by Tony Michael and Becca Stock. They opened at their new village location at 60 High Street, Milford on Sea last Saturday, 10th June 2023.
The new interior is stylish, bright and modern, and the menu as contemporary, different and delicious as ever.
Having previously been based at 106 High Street, Milford on Sea, until Sunday 23rd April this year, Tony & Becca have done a great job in refurbishing and redesigning 60 High Street, the building previously occupied by the La Perle restaurant at the foot of the village green.
Their many happy customers will be delighted to see Tony and Becca once again doing what they do best, and new customers will be in for a treat!
In February 2022, The Daily Echo reported Saltwater as the Best Café in Hampshire according to over 250 Five Star TripAdvisor reviews.

Saltwater is a premium breakfast & brunch restaurant, that has been in Milford on Sea village since 2016 and is run by Tony Michael and Becca Stock.
The restaurant provides a varied, interesting & tasty menu, and all of the dishes all have 'a twist' from breakfast through to lunch. They use premium ingredients from local suppliers where possible, and they specialises in creative, mouth-watering and different dishes. there are also vegan and gluten free meal options. The extensive drinks menu includes; speciality coffees, numerous teas, hot chocolates, iced coffee, smoothies and milkshakes.

Saltwater is a dog friendly venue, which is available for private events and even outside catering. It is advised to book at busy times, as this is a very popular venue in Milford on Sea.
Originally, Saltwater were based at 106 High Street, and in June 2023 they moved to 60 High Street in the village centre and at the foot of Milford on Sea Village Green.
