Ellie Whitehall of Botanical Notes in Milford on Sea, is running an Introduction to Aromatherapy Workshop at The Lighthouse on Saturday 20th May from 09.30am to 11.30am.
This two hour workshop is a beginners guide to using essential oils safely.In this workshop you learn about four different essential oils, their benefits and features, also you can discover how to make your own bespoke blend and make a hair and body wash and a massage oil to take away with you.
