"I hope you all enjoyed the Jubilee celebrations; for those of you who were able to come into Milford it was great fun, as these things always are in our wonderful village.
So, last month I told you the amazing news that we had been nominated for ‘Best Lifestyle Store’ in the Muddy Stilettos Awards.
However, for the final, I need to let you know that all votes are set to zero and so we need to ask you to vote for us, just one more time, please (it doesn’t matter if you didn’t vote for us in the first round either, I might add!)?

These awards are now national, having grown massively over 9 years, covering every county Muddy Stilettos are now the largest online supporter of independent businesses in the UK.
We’re in the Hampshire & the Isle of Wight section and what I think is so amazing about us being in the final again this year, is that 2 of the 5 finalists in our category are in Winchester city centre!
And so, for the first time, we’re up against shops with huge footfall, compared to us in tiny Milford on Sea; this is why I’m asking for your help this one last time.
There’s no prize, if we win, we simply get the badge of honour to display in-store and on our website. It’s just a fun distraction from all the bad news, which seems to be constantly going on around us at every turn.
