Saltwater Café & St George's collecting items for Ukraine

Please Note: Collections below close/d on Wednesday 2nd March. 

We have been told that responses from across the village have been amazing.

We will let you know if any more collections take place.

Tony & Becca from Saltwater Café are collecting donations of items to help and support the people of Ukraine.

On Wednesday 2nd March they are going to drop off all items that have been collected for transportation to Ukraine early the next morning.

If anybody would like to donate any of the following items via Saltwater Café, then they would be more then happy to take them to the lorry despatch point:

• Thermal flasks
• Soap bars
• Bedding sets
• Baby wipes
• Baby nappies
• Milk powder
• Toiletries
• Sanitary towels
• Baby milk and formula
• Towels
• Canned food
• Dry food

Please can donations be put in a strong bag or a box. 

Donations can be left at the back door of Saltwater Café between 8am and 4pm.

St Georges Nursing Home in De la Warr Road are also supporting a lorry leaving for Poland early on Thursday morning with items to support Ukraine such as:

Warm clothes, Bobble hats, Sanitary products, Blankets & Rugs, Paracetamol, Tinned Dried food and Bottled water.
