Milford on Sea’s Greening Campaign takes a step forward this month.
This is part of a programme to tackle climate change by reducing carbon emissions in the village and making Milford on Sea a greener place to live.
Voting has now opened for residents to vote for their Top 3 “Greening” challenges. Details of the challenges themselves can be found on the Milford on Sea Parish Council website by clicking here, or in the May issue of the Village Voice.
Everyone is now asked to choose their Top 3 from the list. You can also vote by clicking here or alternatively by completing the slip on page 42 of the May Village Voice and dropping it off at the Parish Council Office.
Voting is open until the 17th July 2021.
In September special Greening challenge cards will be delivered to every household in Milford on Sea Parish. The cards will show a list of the Top 8 challenges voted for by the Village and each household will be invited to commit to 5 of these over the period of the campaign. Further details of how this will work will be announced in September.
