Liz Hines of Cakes on Sea recently published a photo on Facebook of a a special cake she made that reflected the lucky person's love of gardening. The pretty flowerpot cake has a lemon curd filled sponge cake inside and there are sugar roses and sugar trowel nestling in the chocolate earth. Brilliant!
