Mind Your Mind Workshop Series

Milford on Sea resident, Jill Tonks is a specialist in neuro-coaching and therapy training, and she will be running her Mind Your Mind Workshop Series in the coming weeks.

The Mind Your Mind Workshop Series looks to give answers to questions you may say yes to. Jill's aim in these workshops is that you will begin to understand and take back control of your mind more than you ever have before!

Free Introduction Evening

Tuesday 14th January 2025 from 5.30 to 6.30pm
at The Natural Step, Braxton Courtyard, Lymore Lane, Milford on Sea, SO41 0TX.

Here you can meet Jill, and find out what the Mind Your Mind programme is all about.

The Workshops will be held on: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th February 2025.

Week 1: Why the mind is our biggest gift and yet can be our biggest curse and how to begin to manage it better.

Week 2: How to manage those horrible, critical conversations we have with ourselves, so they become a force for good.

Week 3: How to harness your negative emotions in a positive way

Week 4: How to live your life using your values- what’s important to you, what gets you up in the morning- as your internal navigation system. One of my mantras is ‘your values are to your mind what your skeleton is to your body.’

One workshop: £20, four workshops: £70. If you opt for the on line option you get a free one to one with me to consolidate and apply your learning in practice
