Special Offer of Two Classes for £20 at New Wellness Studio

The new wellness studio near Braxton Gardens, The Natural Step, run by owners & experienced instructors Jess and Stu, have a Special Offer of Two Classes for £20 for all new clients.

The Natural Step offer a variety of Yoga classes, strength and conditioning sessions and run coaching plus free social walk/runs throughout the week.

Alongside classes, Jess offers Reiki. Which she explains; "Reiki is a natural method of healing. This life force energy is passed through a Practitioners hands to the client either in person or distantly to help accelerate the body’s own healing abilities. It supports the whole person, physically, emotionally and spiritually, bringing balance and harmony to our system."
