Christmas is coming at South Lawn

South Lawn Country House Hotel have launched their Christmas Menus for 2023.

I know, I know, it is still summer. Well, if you can call it a summer! However, knowing how popular South Lawn is over the festive season, you may want to do your booking early.

Throughout December: South Lawn are offering:

Pre-Christmas Festive Lunches & Dinners, and Christmas High Tea in the Cedar Tree Restaurant.

South Lawn is a busy hotel in an enviable location with an excellent reputation for both the hotel and its restaurant, The Cedar Tree.

This charming country hotel is set in five acres of landscaped grounds, close to Milford on Sea village and the coast.

In spring 2022, South Lawn construction of 24 new bedrooms in a new extension, taking the hotel to 51 en-suite bedrooms with the majority having views over the gardens and beyond. The venue also boasts a self-contained banqueting suite which seats up to 150 people and features private bar facilities.

The Cedar Tree Restaurant, with views over the gardens, serves tasty breakfasts, great value lunches, as well as delicious afternoon cream teas, which can be served in the hotel gardens. In the evenings, traditional and international cuisine is served with a wide range of fine wines to complement your meal.

The Terrace is ideal for exclusive and relaxed outdoor entertaining and for light lunches and leisurely afternoon teas.

In 2023, the hotel added; The Pavilion. This new large space is 18m x 9m and can be used as one large room, or divided into 3 smaller suites. It benefits from a semi private area that is proving very popular for functions up to 40 people but is also great for as few as 20. Both sides of the Pavilion fully open with bi-folds doors onto terraces which makes it a wonderful space on those hot lazy days.

South Lawn is currently rated as 'Excellent' on TripAdvisor, No.1 in the New Forest, and in the Summer 2023 TripAdvisor recognised the hotel as the No1 Best Value of 2,955 places to stay in the UK.
