Children's Book Signing & Reading by Local Author

Local Milford on Sea author, Jean Maye has published her latest book, Treasures Bright, which is aimed at ages 7 to 12. As with all children’s books, this edition can be enjoyed by adults and older people too!

Treasures Bright is a follow up to her hugely popular children's fantasy adventure book, The Doll's House. However, Jean has cleverly written her books so that they can be read as a stand alone or as part of the collective. If you’ve not read The Doll’s House, don’t worry, you’ll still be able to enjoy Treasures Bright.

Jean will be reading from her book, talking about what it’s like being a children’s author and will be signing copies of her book if you wish to purchase them at:

About Treasures Bright

A new magical mystery begins to unfold for Sienna Taylor. This is the second book in the trilogy, but they have also been written, so you can read them independently.

When 10-year-old Sienna sees raindrops turning into little stars, she’s convinced these are clues to a new adventure she must investigate.

Her sister Anika is less enthusiastic, but this doesn’t stop Sienna’s quest to find answers. But what is Mr Panagopolous from The Old Curiosity Shop hiding?

And bully Robbie Webster from school – this time, he’s gone too far, and Sienna takes action.
