Rockpool Cheese in Milford on Sea high street are now stocking Wilderbee Hot Honey. Organic wildflower honey infused with Scotch Bonnet Chillies.
Owner Peter describes it as: "Peter Fiery and sweet, we’ve had it on Pitchfork Cheddar on toast and it tastes sublime - and spicy! This is the honey you could drizzle on practically anything to give it a kick. Super yummy."
