Personal Training with Max

Max from Max Peppler Personal Training is looking to take on 3 face to face clients for personal training.

Max is well aware that “Gym-timidation” is something some people struggle with when they are new to the gym. They are not sure what to do, and this could prevent people from getting over the first hurdle of stepping into the gym. Max's relaxed style remove any of these issues.

About Max

I am a Personal Trainer at The Unit Fitness in Milford on Sea and passionate about helping people to achieve their fitness goals and helping them to feel good in their body. I specialise in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and functional fitness. These training methods are for anyone wanting to change their body composition (Fat loss / Muscle Definition) and improve physical fitness.

I studied Applied Sports Science at University. This explores training modalities to help individuals to optimise performance and achieve specific fitness goals.

I have worked with national and international athletes whilst at University helping them to achieve their fullest potential and I hope to do the same with you.
