Fitness on the Seafront

Fast Track Fitness Retreats will be running the following classes on Milford on Sea seafront on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd July as part of a weekend retreat.

Locals of all fitness levels welcome to join classe run by YMCA qualified trainers. £5 per class and discount for multiple classes.

Saturday 2nd July
  • 9.30am: HIIT - 30 minutes
  • 10.30am: Circuits 60 minutes
  • 1.30pm: Boxfit 60 minutes
  • 3.15pm: Paddleboarding 
  • 6pm: Supple Strength ( Fusion of yoga and Pilates)
Sunday 3rd July
  • 9.30am: 5k Run with circuit stations every km
  • 11.30pm: Team Games circuits 60 minutes
  • 3pm: Supple Strength
  • 5pm: Hike (free) just come along and have a walk and a chat along the cliffs to Barton on Sea.

Fitness Retreats for people who are stuck in a rut, want to kick start a new regime or meet new friends. We are normal people who eat ice cream and bunk off gym sessions occasionally. We don’t eat quinoa but don’t mind if you do!
