Sarah Rix, Milford on Sea Pre-School manager and Forest School leader is one very proud mum.
Last week her son, Ben Rix officially became as a Metropolitan Police Officer. Sarah attended the passing out parade at Hendon Police College along with Ben's girlfriend.

Been already has plenty of policing experience as he has been working in Croydon for a year but because of Covid his graduation ceremony was postponed.
Prior to joining the police, Ben attended Milford Primary School, Priestlands School and went onto the public services course at Brockenhurst College.
Well done Ben and congratulations on picking such a worthy career.
Well done Ben, you have done so amazingly well since leaving Priestlands school, it really shows how getting in the right place makes all the difference. So proud of you and the lovely caring young man you have grown into, even if you are just too bloody tall!! Heartfelt congratulations, I know covid made you and your Mum wait for your passing out parade but it looked glorious. It’s wonderful to know you are now doing the job you always wanted to do.
