The Lighthouse are delighted to once again be hosting live music every Friday from 6pm at their Summer Sundowners.
The music is free to listen to, so simply pop down, grab a drink or meal and enjoy the host of artists coming to entertain throughout the summer.

First up on Friday 23rd May 2025 from 6pm: Millie Claxton
Millie is known to pack a punch with her acoustic guitar, harmony looping pedals, electronic kick drum and enchanting voice.
She’s been performing since she was 13, and her debut single, ‘Spanner in the Works’, peaked at No. 13 on the iTunes Singer/Songwriter charts.
Her influences include George Ezra, Ben Howard, Ed Sheeran, Bon Iver and Kate Nash.
Millie also performs in a duo as Static Tandem along with Sam Weeks.

Kyla is a highly skilled singer passionate about all genres of performing arts, with musical theatre and pop being her specialism.
She is also a professional singing and acting tutor.

Friday 6th June 2025 from 6pm: David Mein
A popular performer with an eclectic range of tracks spreading through the decades from the 1960s to the modern era, from Elvis to Ed Sheeran.
David will have you fully engaged, up on your feet, and singing along.
David is also a member of the party band, Sunstroke.

Paul Kinvig is a singer, songwriter, musician, and event host with over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry.
His set contains songs from the 1960s through to present-day hits, all performed with just an acoustic guitar and his voice.

Friday 20th June 2025 from 6pm: Totog
Pop, rock, funk and Motown tunes from the duo that sounds like a band!
Guitar and Percussion coupled with bespoke backing tracks for a fabulous sound with controllable volume.

Local lad Danny, also known by his artist name, FJ Law, is a singer, songwriter and music producer who works hard at his craft.
He plays a great range of cover songs and some originals.

Friday 1st August 2025 from 6pm: Ryan Butterworth
Ryan competed in BBC1's talent show Let It Shine in 2017, where he made it through to the live finals singing 'I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For' by U2.
He also performed in the finals alongside The Kaiser Chiefs.

Born out of a passion to entertain, The Ed Martin Duo was formed in the summer of 2010, playing the forgotten gems and the "I remember this tune!" songs.
Each classic has their own little spin on it, music ranges from Marvin to Mumford, Will-I-Am to Womack.

Situated on Milford on Sea seafront, The Lighthouse is an independent and relaxed seaside bar and restaurant serving fresh, local dishes throughout the day, seven days a week, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
