Recycle Unwanted Items in the village to be Re-Used or Re-Loved

An innovative and practical Facebook Page has been set up by local resident, Becky Maynard with the aim to for local people to give away anything that they no longer need, but it is something that could be of use to anyone else.

Items could be as small as leftover paint, to large furniture, in fact anything that could be of use to someone else. It is important that everything is free and that no money changes hands.

Over 200 villagers have already joined the group and it seems a brilliant way to reduce waste and to do a fellow resident a favour.

Conserving Resources Associating People! This page is to help the local community share, someone out there wants to use your left over tile adhesive, has a use for a dozen bricks, has that obscure old electrical cable which you need, has half a bag of dog food that their hound is not getting on with, or will plant flowers in your trashed wellies. Share it, don't hoard it.
