Clare cycling from Ho Chi Minh to Angkor Wat for Oakhaven

Clare Southcombe from 'No64 Biscuit House' and her friend Jackie Baybut are peddling more than 400km, from Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam to Angkor Wat in Cambodia, leaving on 2nd November this year.

Cycling for seven days, through two of the worlds most fascinating countries, will be a big test as humidity will be high, and temperatures will be mid-high 30's. But, they determined to complete this amazing challenge as it's to raise money for their chosen charity, Oakhaven Hospice in Lymington.

Both Clare and Jackie have experienced, first hand, the care that Oakhaven has given to their own friends and family. It really is a special place, an umbrella to shelter under during very difficult times.

They would like to clarify that this challenge has been fully funded by them, every penny donated will go straight to the hospice.

Clare commented: "Hand on heart, this is a massive challenge (honestly we are both more suited to having lunch at The Pig), but we are hoping that, through blood, sweat and tears, to raise as much as we possibly can for this fantastic charity, a charity we are so lucky to have in our community.

Anything you can so kindly donate, will definitely make a difference to a person's life.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
