New Forest Swim Academy are running a Kids Swim Safety Session to teach children vital sea safety skills on Saturday 23rd September from 8:30am to 9:30am at Hordle Cliffs Beach, Milford on Sea, SO41 0UX.
At the session, the children are taught to recognise dangers such as; rip currents, safer wave entry, float to live, when to swim versus when not to swim and much more besides.
Along with open water coaches, swim teachers and beach lifeguards they will then participate in a sea swim, practising the methods that they have just learnt.
Ideal for Age 7 to 15 years old. Note: Children must be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters unaided.
