La Perle launch 'Make Saturdays Special' Menu

La Perle have launched a 'Make Saturdays Special' Menu from this week. This will be a weekly changing restaurant quality meal, delivered chilled with easy to follow cooking instructions.

MENU for 9th January

Starters 

~ Provençale Fish Soup with Croutons, Grated Cheese and Saffron Mayo 
~ Double Baked Smoked Haddock & Cheddar Soufflé, Spring Onion Cream 

Mains 

~ Beef Bourguignon, Mousseline Potatoes, French Beans, Pancetta, Mushrooms, Baby Onions 
~ Baked Loch Duart Salmon wrapped in Parma Ham, Grilled Tenderstem Broccoli, Rosemary Sauté Potatoes, Basil & Hazelnut Pesto

~ Pear Poached in Red Wine, Shortbread, Cinnamon Cream, Toasted Almonds, Dark Chocolate Sauce
