I hope you are doing OK and great to talk to you yesterday. As I said things are going very well here, we are sending out over 100 Bakery orders every morning and our Lunch and Dinner At Home service is equally as popular. Last Sunday we served over 300 Traditional Sunday Lunches!

We want to help you with your fundraising as a tag on to our own success and what we have decided to do should be a big help.

6 Shortbread Biscuits approx. 80 grams, prepared and baked in our kitchens at South Lawn. We will promote these with every order we send out, £2.50 for 6 Shortbread biscuits. We will deliver these as a bolt on to any Bakery or Meal Order within 5 miles by road of the hotel.
Every single penny of the £2.50 will go to Oakhaven!
The whole team at South Lawn support the decision to fund this and we are sure we will also benefit from an increase in orders from those who wish to support yourselves.
There may be people who want to help us to help you and whilst we can't accept volunteers to prep, bake, pack or deliver we would be delighted to accept any contribution to the necessary ingredients. So we suggest if anyone wants to support this cause they could call us and purchase a block of butter from us to return to our kitchen to make the Shortbread. Please understand though that we are not at all reliant on this.
We are hoping that you are able to promote this via social media but please remember that we can only deliver within 5 miles by road of the hotel.
I've also attached a copy of our latest Bakery, Dairy and Meal At Home service which you will see now features the Shortbread for Oakhaven.
