A great new book 'The Wildcook - Ceps, Shrubs and Rock’n’Roll' has been launched by forager extraordinaire, and Milford on Sea resident, Garry Eveleigh.

As well as telling Garry's foraging story, it includes a dish of each of the 50 or so ingredients from the incomparable James Golding, Chef Director of THE PIG Hotels group. James lives locally, and is also the chef ambassador for Dorset Food & Drink and The New Forest Marque.
Garry's book featured earlier in the week on Rebecca Parker's ‘The Goodlife’ programme on BBC Solent.
