Milford Cards & Gifts Finalists in The Retas Awards 2024

Milford Cards & Gifts have achieved a finalist position in their regional category in The Retas Awards 2024 - Greeting Cards Shop of Year.

They will be competing against seven independant greeting card shops from across the Home Counties & South East of England.

The winners will be unveiled at a lavish afternoon awards event on Thursday 4th July 2024, taking place in the ballroom of the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

Retas Awards 2023

In 2023, Milford Cards & Gifts were nominated for the Best Greeting Card Retailer Initiative in the Retas Awards.

This was in recognition of their proactive response to the Turkey Earthquake Appeal in February 2023, where Kayleigh & Sinan collected donations for much needed items in the affected region.

At the time, the local donations had been so high from villagers, that they are had to pause receiving donations of items for a short while. 

They worked with the charity Luton Turkish Community Association, who were inundated with generously donated items nationwide and needed time to organise getting them sent on to Turkey.

As a result of their support and efforts, Kayleigh & Sinan have received a Silver Ticket, which gives them £75 to spend at the Progressive Greetings Live Exhibition on the 4th & 5th June 2024 at London’s Business Design Centre.
