Great news! The Milford On Sea Music Festival is back on Milford on Sea Village Green this year from 21st to the 23rd July 2023.
Recent years have been severely Covid affected, but now the festival is going to be back in all its full glory this summer.
One of the organisers, Fiona MacDuff is a Milford on Sea resident who is an accomplished graphic designer with her company Kifi Creative designing brands, logos and websites, as well as running her leisurewear business, Duff-T Tees.
Using her obvious talents, Fiona has design a brand new bold and colourful logo for the Milford On Sea Music Festival. Fiona explains that the logo "Represents the coast/stage and energy the music and people bring!"
I get a feeling that we will see the logo on a range of very popular t-shirts for us to buy come the summer.
This year the Music Festival has a new organising team and once again we can all enjoy a main stage on the village green.
The Facebook page and website will be updated in the coming weeks, we will let you know when they are launched.

The Milford on Sea Music Festival is free to attend and the sales from the Festival Programme are very important to help cover the festival costs, so please buy one when they are available later this year.
There are various price sponsorship packages available for village businesses and individuals. There is also the opportunity to be the Main Sponsor. If you would like to see the options, please contact Fiona at fiona@kificreative.co.uk.
The organisers are also considering lots of options to reduce plastic to make the event as sustainable as possible.
As Fiona says; "It's going to be an amazing weekend of music and fun, smiles and laughter, so let's hope for sunshine. Please save the date - And get your picnic chairs ready!"

Delighted with the return of the festival back on the green and the big stage!
ReplyDeleteAs a suggestion could the stalls on the green that provide income could be less food related! The Milford eateries that serve the village all year can enjoy the swell of festival people, whilst stall holders could offer interesting creative offers … art, ceramics t- shirts, jewellery, gardenalia, mobile accessories, children’s toys etc etc and ensure an interesting array for everyone!
