Milford on Sea WI have been operating the telephone box on the village green during the latest lockdown as a successful book exchange. We have been asked to pass on this message:
As from 19th April, we will be clearing it out and ask that no more books etc. are left there please.
With the Community library open in Park Road on Tuesday from 2 to 4pm and Friday from 10 to 12noon and with charity shops open, it is felt that this resource is no longer required.

A shame! Although everything is beginning to reopen and fingers
ReplyDeletecrossed no more lockdowns, the kiosk was open to all 24/7 which
the other donation venues are not.
