Home Workouts with Lindsay: No.3

Lindsay Coyle has published a couple more keep fit videos for people to join in with.

Lindsay is a yoga and fitness instructor who normally does regular classes at the Milford on Sea Community Centre. Her four classes a week consist of: Weights, 30-Minute Abs, Yoga & Meditation and FlexiStrength.

Lindsay is doing these videos for her clients and anyone else in Milford on Sea who would like to keep fit.
