An afternoon of classic soul music is certainly something a little different.
The very best soul & Motown will be played by Solent Soul, from 2pm to 5pm on Tuesday 29th April 2025 at The Bridge.
Dance to the very best of music and be home in time for tea!
To recreate the original feel from the era your DJ's John and S-J from Retro Grooves will be playing all of the music from vinyl.

Retro Grooves at The Wash House
Sunday 27th April 2025, as they are on Every Last Sunday in the Month.
Come along to enjoy popular retro classics, anthems, and party music, as John plays tracks from the best bands of the 1960s to late 1980s.
You can even bring your own favourite vinyl single to play on the night, and of course requests are accepted.
The evening will contain a mix of rock, pop, soul, Motown, disco, funk, ska, reggae and R&B tracks from the 1960s to the 1980's. All ensure a good time and bring back great memories.
At the same time, enjoy a drink as you step back in time with classic retro sounds from your past.
Free entry, but booking is strongly advised, as these are very popular events.
