Sweet Treats & Cheese Soufflé now at Ray's Italian Kitchen

Ray's Italian Kitchen have launched a tempting new Dessert Menu.

If you are partial to something special and sweet, then the new Exotic Fruit Pavlova could be just for you. Made from homemade meringue, sweetened cream, exotic fruits and fruit syrup, what's not to like!

This, and other new desserts, sit alongside classics like Tiramisu and Affogato, making a perfect treat after dinner.

Karl's Souffle is also back.

Before becoming head chef at Ray's Italian Kitchen in June 2022, Karl Wiggins spent 13 years heading up the kitchen at The Mill at Gordleton.

During this time, Karl became well-known for the quality his dishes, one of the most popular on the menu was the classic cheese soufflé.

This is now back being served in Ray's Italian, this time with an Italian twist by adding Mozzarella and Parmesan!
