Milford on Sea resident, Sophie Bence has launched a new business; 'Sophie the Private Chef', offering fresh home-cooked food delivered to your door for every occasion. The service is ideal for birthday celebrations, dinner parties to fuss-free mid-week dinners you can pop in the oven.
Trained at Bath School of Cookery, Sophie who has lived in the village for more than five years has a particular passion for creating home-made simple but flavoursome food, catering for any dietary requirement.
Sophie said; "I can provide anything from restaurant quality food within the comfort of your own home, to buffet food, cakes and desserts, private dinner parties on yachts and cookery demonstrations.
