Rosemary’s professional career includes a period working for Pierre Koffmann (at London’s internationally famous Tante Claire restaurant) and with Jean-Christophe Novelli. Come and spend an afternoon with Rosemary as she demonstrates some special recipes and shares some stories from her jungle and TV show exploits.
